  • Adding a post is ridiculous, particularly if you're trying to add a picture and it's not related to your weight. This is about the last straw for me. Instead of fixing the CONSTANT issues for many of us on iPhones, we now have to deal with this crap. Is MFP trying to get rid of iPhone users?
  • Yup, me too, as of today. And agreed- issue comes around about every couple months or so.
  • This seems like a good group. I'm laughing because I'm 49, turning 50 in September, but I would really rather stay with the 40 group! I've been doing this since April and am having a lot of success. Already have an amazing group of friends- just looking to expand. Feel free to add me if you don't think I'm too old!
  • Great ideas! Thanks everyone!
  • My husband is addicted to diet soda and has significant issues with aching joints, particularly in his hands. As soon as he stops drinking it, the pain stops. There is research out there about the correlation. I'm not taking the time to site it here, but be fully aware there are health issues related to any kind of soda,…
  • I don't currently lift much- background in spinning and some Crossfit- but I'd like to lift more. Ok if I join in to learn more?
  • Hit the big 5-0 this year but sure don't feel it. Not obsessing over weight- really focusing over healthy diet and taking on some new physical challenges. Love to increase my network!
  • Turning 50 in September and trying to expand my network. Really, really want to focus on wellness and fitness. Having it be all about weight just doesn't work for me. Anyone who read this, feel free to add me!
  • I turn the big 5-0 this year and am focusing on overall wellness and fitness. Could use all the support I can get- feel free to add me. I'm not a runner but need a fitness challenge goal. Any suggestions?
  • Points for you for being able to separate weight from validation. It's obviously a factor in wellness, particularly as we get older. Maybe it's more tied to acceptance for women, but I've seen it with men as well. Taking my measurements and getting my cholesterol numbers is a parallel way for me to keep myself on track…
  • And by the way, yay! And it's really nice to have someone on board! I know the whole not paying attention to weight is so contradictory to our society. But maybe that's the problem...
  • I'm trying to figure out what measures I'm going to use because I'm done getting on the scale. Taking my measurements is one, but I'd also like to track my fitness progress. Some things are easier to track than others. I'm not a runner (knee issues), but do more strength and spinning. Any thoughts?
