I have gotten attitude mostly from family about my weight loss. It might pass if you're willing to wait on it. Some people have an aversion to change. Or it might not pass. Only you can decide if these people are worth keeping around.

I eat a small lunch, a big dinner, and a snack before bedtime. It's what works for me, and if I don't eat that snack I wake up at like 4 AM hungry. I just keep it all within my calorie limit.

My mom died of a heart attack at 60. We have a family history of other weight-related issues. Plus, it seems like my medication (for an issue completely unrelated to weight) works better when I weigh less.

Most of the time I drink medium or dark roast. I drink it black. Every once in a while I drink this chicory and coffee blend and I put unsweetened almond milk in it.

I do add the 6 calories for (my) cup of coffee, because I log everything that passes my lips. I'm within my body's healthy weight range and I'm losing at a snail's pace. I don't think everyone has to do that, but I hit a bit of a wall with my weight loss. I didn't used to enter it though.

I currently live in a house without a dishwasher. I despise it with all of my being. Though those shoes are fun, I'd choose the dishwasher. Also, I don't spend much money on shoes unless they are workout shoes or hiking shoes, so maybe my viewpoint is different from OP's.

No, I don't have whole cheat days, but I budget my calorie allotment for eating things that I want to eat. If I'm going out to eat in the evening, for example, I will have a light lunch. I don't typically put anything in my coffee, but every once in a while I get a little bit wild and throw 1/8 of a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a shake of cinnamon in there.
