I went to my coach and told him I want to loose suit size and improve my silhouette to a more hollywood look. I will update my results, I am excited. Muscles cant be lost, they can be wasted or depleted of glycogen as muscle memory is a neural process.

As a male I can tell you that body shape (waist thinner than hips) is a big plus as its a primal thing and triggers male brain (something explodes in the man's head when you see good waist to hip ratio). Sexy thick and sexy thin are both fine as long as the waist is small. The key is waist ratio.
