Steps Tuesday 11,773 plus 30 minutes shovelling snow... do we get a step equivalent for shoveling? Lol I did mostly good today, but I did eat back some of my exercise calories which I am trying not to do this month. Not enough to concern me though.

Steps and exercise for Monday: 1,724 steps, 20 minutes of low impact aerobics this morning and then 35 minutes of kickboxing this evening.

So far, I have just used a pedometer on my phone to measure steps. But now that I am starting to work out more instead of just walking I would like to maybe invest in a fitness/activity tracker that also measures heart rate as well as steps. Anyone have one they like and can recommend?

I am off work today and I feel like all I have done is wait to eat lol. I have thought about food non stop almost all day, but thus far have controlled myself and am on track to stay under my calorie budget today still. Steps sunday 16,193. Another busy night at work. I have been doing some kickboxing workouts which have made me super sore in my shoulders and upper back. But, I have been enjoying them otherwise. I feel like I had a really good week for both food and activity so hoping for an awesome weigh in tomorrow.

Friday steps 10,415 plus 30 minutes of beginner kickboxing. Almost didnt quite make it to 10k steps because I got off work early today, but my son needed some new pants so I ran into a store to take advantage of having somewhere indoors to get some steps in and getting him something he needed anyway lol.

@conleywoods yes, the suggestion of looking for other ways to track progress aside from just the scale is where I am going next. I ordered a body measuring tape so I can start to track inches.

Wednesday steps 15,977 Didnt eat back any exercise calories, feeling good about my food choices. I can sometimes have issues with eating too many carbs and not enough protein but my macros were pretty good today.

Monday weigh in: Pw: 220.6 Cw: 220.0 Not much of a loss, but still a definite loss which is great because Friday I had such a major cheat day that I stopped logging by lunch and I am sure I went over by 2000 calories 😳 but had a good day Saturday and Sunday so hopefully this week will go much better.

Steps from sunday 17,509. Work was busy again. It is exhausting. Inamnoff today and it is pretty cold. Deciding if i should bundle up and walk outside or just go walk around in Target for an hour 🤣 problem there is I will spend money on things I don't need.

Steps for jan 13: 19,141 It was very busy at work. I almost always hit 10k+ at work unless I have tons of meetings, but 19k is a lot.. lol my hips hurt. I will have to be off tomorrow and friday so my mom can care for my grandma. Thankfully my boss was okay with it.
