Another busy night at work, ended up at 16,041 for steps. Thankful for the two very high step days this week as now I am off work until next Thursday and I will likely not break 6k most days, let alone 15k lol. But I am looking forward to the little break from work.

@Terytha such a great outlook!

Steps today: 8349 It has been a long day. I work late tomorrow and then I am off work for a week and desperately looking forward to it. hoping the weather cooperates so I can still get steps in. I'm feeling a migraine coming on so just took some meds and heading to bed early.

Every friday we order out. It's one day a week I always know we will order out, that way I can plan financially, meal prep wise, and also adjust my calorie intake elsewhere in the week to account for takeout which is usually much unhealthier than whatever I'd cook. It also helps me and my son to just be mentally aware that…

Welcome back. I, too, have been here multiple times. Hoping to stick to it this go around. I am on every day and have an open food diary and live to share ideas for my fav snacks and low cal meals. But I still eat a lot if comfort foods too, as long as they fit in my calorie budget. Feel free to add me 😊

Steps today 8879. No other exercise unless you count the 2.5 hours I spent standing outside in the cold waiting to vote. Does shivering burn calories? 😂

I am looking forward to "officially" starting on the team as of Sunday. Every Friday since my son was a toddler (now in 5th grade) we have had a "date night", just he and I. Since covid we have ordered in instead of dining out. I have gotten good about either ordering a healthier option, or dividing my meal in half and…

My son is 10, but I gained weight during my years as a young single mom and never have gotten back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I am currently 115 days into this journey and 3.8lbs shy of the weight I was when I found myself pregnant in 2009. NOwhere near my ultimate goal but I am excited to be nearing my first mini goal. I…

Hi everyone. I am 33 and have struggled with weight ny my whole life. I work in retail management and am a mom to a 10yo boy. At the worst point, when my son was a toddler I was at 288lbs, when I saw that number in the scale I was horrified and lost about 45 lbs, but gained most of it back. This is my third go at MFP and…

Hello, new to the group. I am 33 and mom to a 10yo boy. I have been on and off the weightloss wagon for many years, trying to stick to it this time. Most recently I started in July and am down about 27lbs since then. I am walking and monitoring calorie intake but not on any specific diet because I find when I limit myself…
