Got a call the other day from a guy who says he's got the gift of willingness, is looking for an OA sponsor and was referred to me. I said sure, read x-y pages in the AA big book and meet me at such and such agreed time and place. Sure he says. A day later I get a text saying he's changed his mind and doesn't want to drive…

It's really cool to see others go lchf and see how we all seem to find a slightly different ratio that is our sweet spot. Mine is often ~50 grams of net carbs, ~150 gram protein and the rest fat which come out to about 60% of my calories.

My primary diet is vegetables. I eat a pound of veggies each meal, therefore I consider myself a vegetarian. I eat less than 100g of carbs a day, about 4oz of meat at each meal. No grain fruit or sugar.

I'm a vegetarian who eats meat!

Time for a burpee tabata!
-
This is why I stopped doing my tabatas while running. I was holding too much back. Now I do a tabata once a week (at home) and alternate every other week between a stationary bike and burpees. When I'm done, I'm really done and near passing out, I can barely walk to a place to lay down.
-
I did it by greatly increasing my fat intake to about 60% of my total calories. Haven't had sugar, grains, fruit or starchy veg in +4 years and I've lost ~20# since
