I have mine set to 500 right now, but hoping to up it to 700 soon. I'm currently studying for the MCAT so I would say my "job" isn't very active as I sit at my desk for 6-8 hours a day. However, I do swim 4 times a week and run 3 times a week. Without the workouts I would probably never meet my daily goal.

I've been a lifeguard at a pool for 10 years now and I can honestly tell you that no one really pays attention. I know exactly what you mean!!! I'm at 137 right now and trying to get down to 132. My weight fluctuates so much! Usually it takes me several months to get down the last 5 pounds. Don't get discouraged!!! :smile:

I definitely do the same thing! I gradually gained 15 pounds in the last 6 months so I don't even have to go back very far in my phone to see my "then" pictures.

I'm pretty much a Nike and Lululemon girl. I find that their clothes last the longest and are also super cute!!! I have a few pieces from Under Armor, Roxy, and Old Navy as well.

Had a little trouble finding motivation during Week 2. I only managed to do 3 of my 4 training runs because I was super busy with the end of the semester. I did manage to do some cross training though. More than halfway to my goal!!!
