My diary is also open. I've only been serious with it for about a week though so I don't have history for you to look at. I meal plan and make all my meals a head of time (at least 4-7 days in advance depending on how the food keeps), I log my food the day before and will adjust it on occasion if I have something extra (like today, I had some jelly beans). I pretty much eat the same thing for the week and then change it up the week after. I consume between 1200 to 1500 calories a day (if I have a heavy workout day I may eat more). I weightlift mostly but plan to start spin soon. Feel free to add me as well.0

I log every day. Open diary, so feel free to browse it. All vegetarian. Aiming towards lower fats & carbs, higher protein, more natural & less processed foods (except gotta have whey isolate for my protein shakes & chocolate goodies for my sanity!)0

My diary is open and I log every day. It's not terribly interesting though, I eat a lot of the same things and you'll see popcorn in there every day. But I've lost 80 pounds since February so it's working for me2

Mine is open, I try to eat fairly low carb, 50-100g, mostly on the low end of that. I do try a lot of new recipes which I mostly put on my myfitnesspal blog if someone wants them.0

Feel free to add me, though I just got off a stretch of being a lazy bish and not logging (I had some injuries and couldn't work out and I'm bad, bad, bad about logging food when I'm sidelined from exercising). Also, I do IF so my diary might not be super helpful.0

My diary is open. I'm an enormous sack of crap, so I have a lot of calories to work with. Plus, I halfway kill myself in the gym according to my fitbit, so I ate almost 3000 calories yesterday. Still within the deficit. Just a heads up.0

Mine is open, too. It looks a little boring and repetitve, and some of the dinners are like chicken, marinara, and zucchini noodles...or shredded chicken chili. So, if you see a bunch of ingredients and it doesn't make sense, that's what those are. I have been doing this for about 5 weeks, and I am down 15 lbs.0
