Hi guys. I am Antoinette five months post partum and breastfeeding. Losing weight slowly just 1kg or so a week. I am eating at maintenance right now and will adjust as is necessary without losing my milk.

These are helpful guys. I have a mixture of snacks at home because my husband likes cookies and stuff. I will be trying to save my snacks until in the evening and snacks of lower calorie

I am going to try some variations and see. Today I should be having a lot of protein. I will also try just having coffee for breakfast.

This is me too. I am thinking of some random ideas 1. Leave all snacks planned dor the day to that time. 2. Plan a relaxing activity that you enjoy which doesnt involve food like a game or good book 3. Message a friend that can keep you accountable when the desire comes
