  • I'm up for it, at least to give it a try...does walking on the treadmill count or only those walks around the neighborhood? sometimes its a bit challenging to actually get a solid walk in on those nights that I work, but will try if the weather cooperates.
  • i cut all soda from my diet, stay away from sweet treats as much as possible, when craving something sweet I reach for a sweet piece of fruit. I still drink some fruit juices, but trying to cut them too and stick to non-sugary drinks and food.

  • sleep is really tough to get enough off, especially if I get off work very late....spending 15 hours at work, doesn't leave much time for anything....but will try to do better with fitting it in.

  • Michele in NC : Thanks....and i wish planet fitness was open 24/7 it would make it much easier, but sadly not the one here and the gyms in the area that are open 24/7 have fees that so far out of my budget that it isn't helpful, with it be winter its tough to spent too much time outside.
