I started with Leslie Sansone walking dvds and then went onto 30 day shred. Just go at your own pace if you only manage half the DVD it doesn't matter, it's something. I have it to cut down on my coffee intake (I was on 5-6 lattes a day). I'm not a massive fan of the taste but I find when I drank 1 or 2 cups a day with diet and exercise I did lose weight consistently previously. Whether that was due to the tea or not is anyones guess.
