My goal for tomorrow is 5,500 steps. It's not alot, but it's an improvement for me. Remember: the only person you have to be better than is who you were yesterday.

Wonderful information! I am a HUGE procrastinator. This week i will focus on adding more workouts to my week, and getting more school work finished ahead of time.

It is very well put! And i made the time today. Only 1 out of 3 workouts this week, but still better than my usual 0. Next week i will shoot for at least 2!

I finaly finished my first degree! It has been such a long time going for me, and i still have more school to go, but one degree done! And i have two interviews in my field this week! I finally feel like my life is getting somewhat on track lol

Hi I'm Cimia. 24 years old and have used mfp in the past. I lost a decent bit of weight, but now I want to focus on building muscle. The only thing I have access to is dumbbells, and I don't really know what I'm doing. But I'm trying to figure it out.

Hello all, I'm Cimia. I'm 24 and a college student. I juat finished my degree in ece, and am now working on my degree in psychology. I used to use mfp, and lost a decent bit of weight. Now my goal is to gain muscle. I just lack the motivation to work out all the time, but I'm working on it.

I don't know if I'll get the walk in today due to walking around stores for hours yesterday. My legs are killing me lol. Today is a cleaning and wrapping day. But stretching is a must for me everyday for my physical therapy, so I'll throw some abb stretches in there while I'm at it =)
