Tracking calories gave me anxiety. I say If you're happy where you are, don't sweat the small stuff.

I've heard that anything with sugar or caffeine in it doesn't count because it dehydrates you. So for every ounce of a drink that has sugar or caffeine in it, has to be met with an ounce of wate. Does that make sense? This is just what I've heard.
