  • I eat about 1,210 and this fancy scale at my doctors office says if I eat 1650 I will be at maintenance. I weight 178 at 5' 4". And since I've been losing the maintenance cals have been going down.
  • Like where you can add a picture where you enter your weight. I was trying to add one and accidentally clicked on a Halloween costume from Pinterest so now it has some random picture that's not me lol
  • Definitely look for high intensity bras with a lot of back support. The ones with spaghetti straps are cute but don't hold anything in place! The ones that work best for me come up high close to my neck in the back. Don't get any from Target. I have tried a few and dont like them.

  • Depends on how many calories you are eating per day. Normal and safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week.
  • I was feeling the same way when I got started. The biggest I'd ever been and even those clothes were tight as crap!   • I haven't had soda or tea in 33 days! I thought it sucked at first but now I never crave it. I have lost 15lbs but I have cut calories and exercised. I felt like sodas bloated my stomach and now I never feel that way which is awesome. I'd rather eat my calories than drink them lol
  • I started at 213.5 and am now 198.2. I've been trying to lose weight for 33 days. I saw my doctor last week and told her about my plan an she said it was just slightly over average for someone eating 1200-1400 calories a day and working out 3-5 days a week. She said I was fine

  • How much weight do you have to lose? My didn't have a specific number but I have a significant amount to lose. Also if your blood pressure is high you can't take them because they make your heart race. I had trouble with them the first few days but I'm doing okay now.
