I just started trying to have a healthier lifestyle and a better figure. I am on a 1200 calorie diet and have an over all goal of losing 50 lbs. I struggle with finding different things to eat so I'll gladly take some recipes! Will welcome most any adds because I don't want to do this alone

    I am workout 6 days a week and one complete days of rest. Not a rest but I dance salsa in the night if you consider as a exercise :). Please feel free to add for motivation and common goal
