Mixed nuts are great, be careful though as they are very high in cals! You may also want to think about a casein protein shake. Casein takes quite a few hours to reach the small intestine, helping you feel fuller for longer!

Get yourself an ab wheel! You don't have to spend to much money on one. One of the hardest and best core strengthening exercises out there!

Are you doing any exercise? Also what are your macros like? Are your fats to high? 2000kcals a day sounds quite a lot for someone so early in recovery? Speak to your doctor! Congratulations too on your recovery!
