30 DAY AB CHALLENGE!!

Hi all..

Tomorrow I will be starting the 30 Day Ab challenge! I downloaded this snazzy app called "30 Day Ab" and it would be awesome if I had some of you join me! o:)

    I've downloaded it and ready to go. I'm accustomed to some core work in my daily routines so I'll challenge myself to the advanced level 2.

    Get yourself an ab wheel! You don't have to spend to much money on one. One of the hardest and best core strengthening exercises out there!

    Day 1 completed for me :)
    Didn't find it too hard apart from the plank, but it is early days!

    Absolutely loved that it shows you how to do the exercises as I wasn't 100% on the crunches!

    Beginner 1, Day 1 done! I am very inactive so, although day 1 wasnt exhausting, I had to put in some effort, which is great. Surprisingly, the plank went very well.

    Chloe! So glad I found this post! I started the 30 day ab challenge today too and was looking for others to help with the motivation! Stoked to find other doing the same December Ab challenge!

    I would like to try this... Ill be a true rookie! I'll be a day behind now, but which program? What is it exactly called as there are a couple in the App Store that are free.... Josie productions or Shane Clifford ?? Or?

    Hi Chloe and thanks for this!! Downloaded the Jozic app and gave it a try! Of course I clicked on the X first off for the sit ups before I even started :o then couldn't even do 3!! However I did all the rest, even plank! So I went back and did extra crunches to make up for my lack of talent in the sit up department!!

    Woo, well done!! I'm sure doing extra of other exercises until you can do them is fine! Anything is better than nothing, right? :)
