Oh geez I just cannot do the sit ups! Anyone else have a hard time with those?? I do all crunches instead... Also, for the plank (which I CAN do) was less time for day two..? I did longer just to show off0

And good routines to switch it up? sit ups and crunches can get kind of repetitive.0

They're not really efficient for abdominal work anyway. Sit-ups themselves don't really even target the abs as much as the hip flexors do the work.0 -

I've had a lot to drink today so my belly was making all sorts of noises when I was doing my sit-ups hehe
