Trouble eating enough to reach daily calorie goal. Food/Meal suggestions?

Hi all,
I joined this site a year and a half ago and had success. After I reached my goal I slacked, stopped logging on here and am now in damage control. I don't eat a lot throughout the day however, I did make horrible food choices which led to weight gain. Though I did have previous success on here I had a lot of difficulty reaching my recommended calorie intake and am running into this problem again. I am aiming for 1200-1300 a day in order to lose around a pound a week. I walk everywhere which adjusts my required calories throughout the day for me to eat even more. It's easier for me to snack throughout the day than eat full meals which is not pushing me across the line. I don't want to force myself to eat if I am not hungry to simply reach this daily target number.
I do want to lose weight but I am also looking for a healthy lifestyle that I will maintain.
With all that said I was hoping people could provide some ideas on foods or suggested meal plans?
Thanks!

Calorie dense foods. Nuts, nut butters, oils, cheese, while milk, avocados, ice cream;p, fatty meat or fish, full fat yogurt...etc0

Mixed nuts are great, be careful though as they are very high in cals! You may also want to think about a casein protein shake. Casein takes quite a few hours to reach the small intestine, helping you feel fuller for longer!0

Nutella, peanut butter, avocados, nuts, dried fruits, granola, whole milk, ice cream, butter, potato salad, coleslaw,0

High calorie smoothies, for examples one that include peanut butter, are a good way to get calories if you don't feel like chewing.0
