I'm in the same boat as you. Diagnosed about a month ago. I'm still waiting on results and tests and such. I get where you're coming from. Feel free to add me and we can deal together.

Thank you so much.

Ok. Thank you very much.

I do about an hour or so of swimming. Laps and light aerobics. I thought that was a lot myself. So I don't figure that it's completely accurate but gives me a foundation to go on.

Ok. I just wasn't sure if the deficit had to be a specific number or just smaller than what you're supposed to eat. Thank you for your help

Ok that's good to know. For example I ate about 1250 calories. Exercised which allowes me an extra 1000 or so calories. I ate a small snack and now I've got 950 calories left. Am I on the right track?

Ok. Gotcha. I'm still new to all of this and I'm trying to learn as I go along. Thank you.

I did. I stay under and then I do my exercises. Sometimes I may eat a snack but I'm always under my calorie intake. My exercises give me more calories I can eat but I never easy the full amount.

I've got some pain in my feet and lower back. I swim for my exercise. Low impact and I'm not hurting. If you have access to a pool I definitely recommend that. I'm heavy so like an hour and a half burns almost 1000 calories.

Type 2 here. Recently diagnosed.

It's crazy what can make it spike. When mine spikes, I get really really bad headaches and feel bad all around. It's tough. I get scared to eat and will go hours and hours without eating but then that makes me feel crappy to. I feel like I can't win.

You can add me. I'm looking for friends to motivate me and to help each other out.

I'm plus sized. Feel free to add me.

I'd love to be friends. I've got a large goal as well and it seems so impossible some times. I don't have a Fitbit but we can be friends here.

I'm in a similar situation as you. Being new but not new. I've also got some health issues, diabetes, enlarged liver and pcos. Losing work would help with my issues, so that's why I'm back on here. I was just recently diagnosed with all three and I'm learning what's ok and not. I think with us both being diabetic we may be…
