I am going to make raw lemon coconut balls , various types you can make keep them in deep freeze snak as required , make in bulk quick to grab when you crave , l suffer same problem

I am mother of 3 , l buy a lot frozen fruit n veg and freezer has meat in it all stuff in house so l do not have to waste time going to supermarket. I swim beforehand so have yoghurt & fruit shake after but by 12 mn l am ravenous usually have packet cold meat cuppa soup and oatcakes on hand difficult as sometimes dont get a break so have to grab and run wary about protien shakes etc as can just turn into fat as l am chunky would not want to gain any weight???

Tx that's kinda what l thought some days are hungrier than others trying to keep up protien and just eat oats for my carbs biscuit / porridge
