If you got your calorie goal from MFP, the system is designed for you to eat those calories back. But be aware that, depending on how you are calculating your calorie burns, it's easy to eat too many calories if you eat them all. The exercise database can often overestimate your calorie burn. For this reason, many people eat back only a portion of their calories (25-75%).

Hey Emma. Here is my understanding. The tool tells gives you the calories you can eat, per day, and still meet your weight loss goals. By doing aerobic exercise, you are burning even more calories so the tool adds those calories to your allowable daily total. So yes, you can eat to your new limit. Personally, I try to stick to the "original" daily numbers hoping to lose more weight sooner. However, if I was really hungry, like you, sometimes I would eat more because I want to enjoy life lol. Hope this helps...good luck!

I just divide any calories that MFP gives me by 100 and use that number. For example if I run 4 miles and it tells me I burned 822 calories I would record only 8.
