I find bbqing is actually pretty healthy anyway (maybe not salads made with mayo but I don't like them anyway), I make up chicken kabobs or eat a lettuce wrapped burgers, some veggie dishes and maybe a small amount of pasta salad. Just like anything else, do your best to be reasonable but enjoy from time to time.

Its one of the most silly things ever. Everyone I know on it got jacked at losing 10-18 lbs in the first month, which isn't uncommon when your starting out anyway, didn't learn a thing and just piled the weight back on later. There is no quick fix.

Thank you everyone. Your support for sure helps! At times I get down on myself for my stomach making the least amount of progress in relation to everything else but I know it will come in time. I just count calories, eat food I enjoy and do workouts I enjoy.

I drank so much I had to have my stomach pumped. From Canada though so I guess 19 was the big number. A birthday is a birthday though, not a huge deal to me.

Never works for me, just makes me think I had less and can have more haha. I get the reasoning behind it, its just never worked. I think I read once that eating off of blue plates can make you feel full faster.

Its personal, I can't eat before I workout, it makes me feel sick, however I try to eat a large snack high in carbs or a full balanced meal soon after.

I've lost around 150 lbs with MFP. I started out using the numbers they gave me + my workout cals. I don't really bother with macros right now, I make sure I hit my protein but thats about it.

People don't commend my weight loss as much now unless they haven't seen me for along time. 15 lbs is a lot, but people that see you every day might not notice or they think you look great anyway and don't think to congratulate you. I rarely ever notice when anyone loses weight unless its a very large amount.

When I binge I easily do 5k-10k cals so I feel you there. For me I've been finding its from one of two things. If I restrict my calories too low I seem to feel the need to eat everything junky which then triggers a binge. Or something is bothering me emotionally and it triggers it as well. I agree that protein powder doesn't really help me feel full. I've been using Muscletech, 40 bucks for 4lbs I think, does SO and I around a month. They improved their chocolate taste, its not as chalky anymore and actually isn't horrible, but I mix mine in coffee so who knows how it is in water or milk.
