Actually, there are plenty of people who look at the week's average rather than worrying about individual days. As long as you're not making yourself go hungry and suffer, cutting an extra 50 calories from 6 days cause you went 300 over one day is not going to kill you. On the other hand, going 300 over one day won't hurt…

I weigh myself every day before I eat, but I only have one "official" weigh-in every week. It keeps me focused on my goal but other than the one day a week I couldn't care less what the number is.

I might suggest weighing your food instead of measuring it in cups. You'll get a much more accurate representation on calories. You're probably actually eating more calories than you think you are. Regardless, just looking at what you ate, it still doesn't look like you're eating enough. Pair the oatmeal with a banana or…

It will not help you lose weight. However, it will help you as you get closer to your goal from being "skinny fat" since you'll keep more muscle than you would otherwise.

Gum, and water. If you have a bottle, I find the action of opening and closing it when I take a drink satisfies my brain's need to "do something"

I've been going at it since the beginning of December, haven't had any fast food or pop... and honestly I would still very much enjoy the greasy bad for you fast food stuff haha. I guess some people just are different :)

If the thermometer looks good, and the pork chop looked good before you added the butter sauce then I'd say you're good. Looks good in the pic too. I would eat it :)
