I recently started eating alot healthier and since I've started I've noticed I don't have cravings for fast food. Also when I try to eat fast food now it makes me feel soo sick and gross!! Anyone else feel the same? (Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I don't have the craving for a greasy burger but it'd be nice to enjoy one every once in a while [like 1 or 2 a month? If that.])

I've been going at it since the beginning of December, haven't had any fast food or pop... and honestly I would still very much enjoy the greasy bad for you fast food stuff haha. I guess some people just are different0

It's fairly common.
Check and see what your fat intake is. When people cut calories, they tend to lower their overall fat intake. Eating low fat for a period of time then eating a lot at once can cause stomach upset and other issue.
It isn't necessarily a sign of whether you are eating "good" food or "bad". The same would occur with high fat "good" food.
Fat isn't bad, it is essential
The same also happens when you eat a bland diet for awhile and add in spicy food. Even people who suddenly up their veggie intake can experience issues.0 -
If I'm not craving it and am grossed out by it, I wouldn't think too much about it - regardless of how delicious it used to taste. I'd be more concerned about getting my hands on more of the foods I do love...in moderation, of course.0
