Protest the hero, veil of maya, revocation, twelve foot ninja, intervals, allegaeon, periphery, toothgrinder are all go to bands for me. Anyone else into progressive/djent?
-
Seen volbeat 3 times although it does make me kinda sad they are moving into radio metal so much.
-
Yes that would work well and would give yourself some rest time so your cadio and weight lifting dont effect each other as much. Also dont worry about getting bulky, it wont happen. Go lift heavy.
-
I believe genetics play a big role in calf size.

Get the JJ lettace wraps, only have 1 or two slices of pizza. If i were you I would just have smaller portions for most meals and then if one or 2 meals you eat more it wont be a big deal.
-
Im on the opposite side of things, i lift my strongest with a little somrthing in my stomach (usuallu a banana). Like everyone says it comes down to preferance play around with meal timing and see what makes you feel the best.

Sorry but this isnt very likely.... Assuming you were in a calorie deficit muscle gains would be minimal, and not likely enough to off set weight loss. If you just started working out you could see less weight loss from your muscles retaining more water though. The reason you arent losing is because youre not in a calorie…

Going to the gym is for health, diet is for weightloss. Its been said a million times on here but its true. Get a food scale and weight everything. Even if you eat "unhealthy" foods stay in your calorie limit and youll lose weight. Go to the gym and do cardio for heart health and lift weights to maintain muscle mass while…

Body weight program. 2lb dumbbells really arent good for anything, they are just too light.

I think you should quit while you're ahead... It sounds like your just quoting a lot of bro science which has its place but it won't go over well here.... High protien won't boost your metabolism and your body won't burn it's fat unless you're in a calorie deficit. That's why when people bulk they gain fat with their…

Wait.... so a high protien diet increases metabolism, which will burn the fat you have and convert it to muscle? Is that what you're saying....
-
Don't waste your money on bcaa. And it's okay for your muscles to start to fatigue, they should be. That's why you start with the compound lifts, so that you're working at full strength.

Metal: revocation, battlecross, goatwhore, allegaeon, meadows end, veil of maya. Anyone who likes metal for working out should check out the above, esp. Revocation and veil of maya. Get for getting pumped up.

Lmfao! Or take a multivitamin and get your protien from a decent source. I agree with the other you don't really need either unless you have a hard time getting enough protien. Personally protien shakes really help me get my protien in but others have no problem.

What I do when I want a "cheat day" is eat like I normally would all day but give myself one meal that is higher calorie. Another piece of advice is instead of just forgetting everything and all your tracking is to eat maintenance. So track everything still and eat whatever you want up to your maintenance calories. This…

Revocation like everything by them

It's one of the stupidest games ever, and it's not an excuse to stare at your phone, but it's an excuse to walk around without being so bored. But I agree it's very stripped. And battling isn't even about swiping just taping the pokemon you're battling. All that said I'm almost level 22 I've walked 126km playing and I've…

No one can say exactly how much you need. So idk how anyone will convince you of a number. But seska was giving you was spot on with everything I've read. The most important piece of retaining muscle is following a good lifting program. You say you lift 2 OR 3 times a week which to me means you're probably not on a well…

Hit a reasonable protien goal (.8 grams per kg of body weight) and don't worry about the rest.
-
Yes, and actually you're supposed to eat them back. Just be careful you're only eating what you actually burned. A lot of people will only eat back a certain percentage of the calories say a treadmill says the burned. The specific percentage probably depends and could be some trail error. Maybe start around 60%? Someone…

If you can't get to a gym your best bet would probably be a good structured body weight program. Invest in a pullup bar or I just go to a park. I've never done one but people mention you are your own gym and convict training often. If you can invest in weights you'll need a variety of weight for different exercises. For…

They did just release a patch that's supposed to help. Also as an fyi it doesn't use too much data about 10mb per hour of playing.

^is salty because he can't even catch a ratitta... That being said I think you haven't observed much of this game. I've never interacted with so many people. Whenever I'm out playing I'm talking to the people around me. I put a lure at the park and 7 people came, my gf and I just sat around with them catching pokemon and…

You salty because we get more gainz and more pokemonz then you. #brotrainer
-
It actually uses pretty little data, about 10 mb per hour of play.
-
It's pretty amazing it's getting people exercising talking to people they don't know and exploring their cities. I put down a lure and 7 other people came to the park I was at and we were sitting talking with each other catching pokemon. Also I walked 50,000 step between Saturday and Sunday. The servers are a problem but…

I was literally coming on here to post about pokemon go... I think it will solve the obesity problems lol. I went on a 40 minute walk after my workout yesterday.

I agree .8g per kg of body weight should be fine. Although personally I like the 1 gram per pound of lean body weight.
-
First agreed with the above poster you only need 5g per day. 10 is only for a loading phase (which isn't necessary). And your weight may go down if you stop taking creatine but weight is just a number. Remember the goal of a cut isn't to lose weight it's to lose body fat. Weight is just a tool to track if you're doing…
