If youre unhappy with how much body fat you have then a bulk would not be a good idea as you would add more fat. Are you currently on a good compound lifting program?

Thanks for saving me the trouble of pulling an article.

Fyi in terms of weight loss keto offers no additional weight loss to a diet with carbs, given the deficit is the same.

None... there is no suppliment that is worth any money.

Protien powder will not help with muscle soreness. I would try drinking more water to help with soreness. Protien powder does not cause weight gain, calotie surplus does. Maybe cut back on your cardio a bit? 40-60 minutes of HIIT 6 days a week seems like a lot to me... if your goal is weight less all you need is a calorie…

I love love love zero calorie monster. I pretty much live off it.

Protien will not magically help with muscle soreness. How much protien are you getting now? Protien powder is no better then protien from food, it can be helpful though for meeting your protien goals.

Youll probably want to do a clean bulk yo minimize fat gains. Eat a small calorie surplus 250-500 calories. Protien is important youll want at least 1 gram per pound of lean body weight, you could do more tho, like 1 gram per pound. I cant remember how to calculate how much fat you need hopefully someone else can help with…

Get on a good program. A common beginner one is stronglifts 5x5. If you dont have access to barbells im sure you can find a good dumbell program, or you could do a body weight program.
-
Different people will recommend different amounts, personally i think 1 gram per pound of lean body weight is best. Strength training is probably more important tho for retaining muscle. If you really want to minimize muscle loss id recommend getting on a good strength training program.

Im glad im not the only one who considers kirkland protien bars like a dessert... one day i was eating a brownie one and was like damn this tastes as good as a real brownie. Thats the day i realized my taste buds had gone crazy.

Ive been into home made "reeces" they dont taste like the real thing, but if you like peanutbutter i think they are great. 1/3 cup peant butter 1/3 cup almond milk 2 scoops of vanilla protien powder Stir, put into cupcake wrappers and freeze. Then i put a very small amount of melted chocolate on top. Around 125 calories 10…

Someone else said this already but ill say it again, you dont need to completely cut foods out of your diet, if you can stay within your calorie goals, it is perfectly fine to include things like sweets in diet. Some people have trouble including them so they cut them out, but if you can learn how to eat things in…

Getting rid of carbs doesnt cause weight loss. You lose weight by maintaining a calorie deficit. If calories are the same low carb does not offer any added weight loss benefits to eating carbs, minus an initial drop in water weight. Diet is much more important for weight loss then exercise. If you are looking to have a…

Losing weight only requires a calorie deficit. Set mfp to lose weight and eat that many calories. Using a food scale can be extremely helpful to ensure youre eating the amount of calories you think you are. I am no expert but from posts ive seen on here if you are breastfeeding you may need to set your calories a bit…

1200 calories is the MINIMUM a woman should be eating, you should reconsider the number of calories you are eating. Please disregard if you are under some medically supervised diet.
-
Be careful with exercise calories, unless you are using a heart rate monitor, usually estimates arent very accurate. A lot of people only eat back a certain percent of their exercise calories, what percent exactly might be something you have to experiment with. Also id recommend getting a food scale if you havent already…

Usually for push pull its broken into muscle groups. Push: chest and triceps Pull: back and biceps And then legs. Shoulders you can fit in anywhere personally if im doing push pull legs, i put shoulders in with legs. (Also i deadlift on pull days not leg day)
-
I was going to say this as well, just make sure youre getting your minimum for fats, from healthy fats (nuts, olive oil, avacado, fish).
-
I skip breakfast and try to not eat until as late as possible. Also i like zero calorie energy drinks to keep me from snacking, also tea and water. If youve used up all your calories and are hungry maybe take a look at what youre eating. Try playing around with macros, carbs fats protiens, and see if eating more of one…

I dont understand what you mean by calorie cycling, to me it sounds like youre over complicating things. You lose weight from maintaining a calorie deficit. Your weight loss can plateau at times, if its been a short period of time, just wait it out. If its been a few weeks and you havent lost it means youre not in a…

You dont lose fat from macros, you lose it from maintaining a calorie deficit, eating less then your tdee.
-
You only need 5 grams per day, after the initial gain it shouldnt make your weight fluctuate any differently then it normally would.

Visable abs come with low body fat. Typically below 15% is when people really see them. If you have fat covering them you just need to go into a caloric deficit to lose weight to reveal them. I would still do some ab work while losing weight though. Crunch and planks are good i would also include some hanging leg raises.
-
Just so you know keto doesnt do anything special. Youll lose the same amout of weight (with the same deficit) and you would eating carbs, minus an initial drop in water weight. But if it helps you maintain your deficit go for it.
-
If youre not doing hanging leg raises i highly recommend adding them.
-
Why are you drinking tea then!? Lemon water and tea do nothing special. If you enjoy the taste tho they are a tastey zero calorie drink, and could help keep you from snacking.
-
Only worth while suppliment is probably creatine monohydrate.
-
110 calories and 12 grams of potien. Regular bars are 200 calories and 20 grams i believe. If you eat two itd be the same. Except that would get expensive. Lol

Slightly off topic but just tried a quest cereal bar this morning. Damn it was good! Good macros as well.
