My 3rd 4th week results. Unfortunately it is not at all inspiring. I have come to the conclusion that I am so tired of dieting. My weight continues to yo yo - like it has for so many years. Amy, I agree with Cherrybomb that you are indeed making progress. Just make sure that you don't go backward as that's my regret when I gained during the difficult weeks. Just keep making progress in the right direction and you WILL get there. I love that song.. "Who Run the World-- Girls!"
