Belle the PNB and celery is actually very filling. Sometimes I add a few drops of stevia in it -- taste so good! I got it freshly ground the other day so I added a melted tsp of coconut oil and mixed it in to soften. Soooooooooo good!

I guess I have a lot of ketones in my urine. This morning it tested at the last of colors on the bottle. My daily carb count tend to be between 15 and 35 not including leafy green veggies. I don't count my veggies but eat a good bit of leafy greens. Probably won't sound enticing to anyone but I love it and I'm sharing it…

Snow actually sounds great to me since we don't get too much in Georgia. And congrats on the calf definition. If we really put it into perspective that's even better than "scale" victory. Scale is number but the sexy calf is REAL! Go girl and keep up the great work!

Mary you probably know this already but you can go into settings and rename the current breakfast/lunch/dinner to something more meaning. Like 3:00 First Meal, 8:00 final meal, etc.

Thanks Mary. Good article but I am not going to try and relay my interpretation because I will probably botch it up. LOL! But I recommend to others who are curious to at least read the FAQ which speaks to the water weight loss/gain.
