Not quite there yet. But the first picture was 10 months ago after I had my baby, over 200lbs. Now I'm at 149. Trying to get to 135. Slowly but surely, hopefully. No fad diets, no trainers. Just determination, working out daily for an hour, watching my calorie intake and a lot of hard work.

I'm 5.6 , I had a baby in May and gained a ton of weight. Left me at 220lbs, I now weigh 154lbs and my goal is 135. According to the wrist test, I am medium build.

It doesn't work. And if you get it online they will charge you over $200 saying you signed up for a membership. Learned this the hard way

I'd like to lose 20 more lbs. I want to look good in a bathing suit, I want to look like the girl in my profile picture which is why it is there, that is my goal lol. I like strength training, but it is new to me.

I have never been a runner. Now, after only a few months, I am able to run 8+Kms. This is what I've learned: 1. Have the right shoes 2. It is all mind over matter 3. Do not run everyday, or you will get shin splints 4. The way you breathe is HUGE! In through your nose, out through your mouth, in through your nose, out…

^^man! I hope you were okay! And lmfao! Now I know why the receptionists were acting so weird with me when I asked for my card before leaving! Gah!

It is em wow! Thanks for sharing . I know some people don't think it's that big of a deal, but for me it is. I mind my own business, literally don't pay attention to anyone else, have my headphones in and do my workout. So for me to actually have someone notice I was doing something so wrong to come and help me out, it's…

Thanks everyone lol. I don't think I need a trainer, I know how to use everything else, but that, well I'm sure I could benefit from one but they're expensive. I guess I'll just have to continue on, I mean it's funny, don't get me wrong. Just ugh lol

I started running last month. In a half hour I run (jog) 5k. I've been running 6 days a week, and also strength train. The other day I ran 8k in 45 minutes. I want to run a half marathon, am I on the right track? I always thought 5k was so far, but now that I do it almost everyday I'm wondering if I'm so far off track that…

Thank you for the advice. I'm trying to maintain a lifestyle change. I'm not starving, I eat 3 meals a day & snacks, just trying to chose healthier choices.
