I did W2D1 today and 90 sec of jogging was no harder than 1 min of jogging. I agree @riirii93_ , going slow is the best way for me too!

Great job Bri! I did not meet my goals yesterday but today I am inspired to get all three of my goals! I'm back from a visit and in my own home. I love this group! I hope I can report positively tonight!

How is everyone doing today? I might have to take a rest day even though I was planning to run (jog). I pulled a muscle in my foot! Weird. I'll see how I feel tonight after my 6 hour car ride home from the in-laws.

1. Stuck to my calories today 2. Did my bodyweight and barbell exercises even though we are at the in-laws! 3. No late night snacking It was hard but knowing I had to report helped.

Thanks for the warm welcome and glad to see everyone. The support is great! I do barbells and bodyweight exercises on my alternate to running days. Just started doing weights about 3 weeks ago. I'm a newbie so that's plenty hard for me now. I managed to get my exercises fine today even though we are visiting the in-laws…
