Even though I went over at my sister's lovely Christmas party I didn't compound the damage by snacking later.0 -

A friend invited me over to his house late a couple of nights this week.. and I didn't eat dinner til then. Still, there should be no excuse for me to be eating that late.0 -

Oops. Late night flight on Friday (so plane snacks), then a round of Christmas parties on Saturday, and now a late night dip into Christmas cookies. Too removed from my normal routine.0 -

You can combat this by allowing yourself the choice of a later cut off a couple of nights a week. It is very empowering, Because you are choosing, so you do not need an excuse. I find that I seldom use my late cut-off option.
I set my December cut-off goals as:- 9pm 5/7 nights per week
- 10pm 2/7 nights of my choice per week

That's it! A full calendar month without LNS! I've never…and I mean NEVER gone through a calendar month without late night grazing. I'm proud of all of us for the decisions represented in the preceding pages. Great job!
Wisdom expressed by several seems appropriate for the new comers: Set a goal that allows for life. If you tell yourself "I'll never ever ever again…" you're set for failure, eventually. Some people set different cutoffs for weeknights and weekends, others have situational releases. For me, a goal like "no LNS 6 out of 7 nights" works. You decide what works for YOU. …0 -

Okay friends, we have about 10 days left in the month. Let's finish strong! My cold is much better, so I'm back to my exercise routine. It was a challenge not to LNS when I was sick! Though I was over cals, I did not snack and stayed strong, though.
