    Joining this challenge late! But this is a major sabotages to my weight loss.... no eating past 8pm! Even if have calories left.... better eat them before 8pm, because I know after 8pm I'm weak to stop eating.

    You can do this! My cut off time for snacking or eating is 8 pm also. I usually sip hot tea or drink water after 8 pm.

    I got in from work after 9 pm and ate (after my cutoff). More than being really hungry, I felt like I deserved to. (Old thought patterns have not died!) :rage: As a result, I didn't sleep as well and woke feeling awful this morning, physically and emotionally. Starting another streak tonight! :grimace:

    I can't figure out how to copy/paste but Walkerpop I know how you feel! I've been reverting to stress eating at work. But you are aware that thinking you "deserve" the snack is an old thought pattern and you are ready to try again. You may have lost the battle but you are winning the war! Your next streak will be longer!

    Oh I so need this!! My cravings are back with vengeance
