Thank to everyone for the awesome suggestions! While today I bombed on my diet, I did load up at the grocery store with greek yogurt, chicken, lean meats, string cheese, and bunches of eggs. I already have some deer jerky, and I'll definitely start throwing that in my lunch box from now on.

I’m so sorry to hear about your dad. I’m glad that you see that you need to find positive coping skills because that’s huge! I lost my dad to cancer when I was 17 and had all sorts of terrible ones, but in the opposite direction as yours! I ate and ate and ate. Anyway, working on that! What I found was healthy that helped…

Yes, I just gave up gluten two days ago, and I am definitely noticing a difference in both good and bad ways. I'm definitely more tired than normal, but my stomach seems to be settling down.

Hi! Thanks for the tip about vinegar. I had no idea. I usually use apple cidar vinegar, do you think that would be alright? I use it when I make apple butter or wilted lettuce.
