Lol... before all of you cast stones... MFP has once again successfully cut out 90% of my message explaining it. I'll keep it simple in case it happens again... no underwear shots, no appeasing sex egos, open diaries, regular feedback, etc. would love to meet like-minded hardworking gym rats.

For those familiar with Orange Theory, I had my last class this morning (I didn't buy a membership, just a block of classes because I get bored easily). Day 1 was a wash for me. Still under the weather. I also realized FAST that eating all natural food (part of my challenge) is quite impossible when I want to get my protein in (whey powder and protein snacks) without completely blowing my calorie allotment! Aide from that
