We are in the same boat (except I don't have a human child, I have 2 dogs). I have made it my goal to make it to the gym 3 times a week, too. General health and wellness for my husband and myself is my concern.

I have this issue, too! I realize at 6pm that I haven't eaten all day, except half a cup of coffee (which is my norm) at 6am. My lack of appetite stems from medicine, however, I'm in the process of getting healthy to wean myself off of synthetic means of healthcare and use natural alternatives.
