Wanting a better life for my family!

Hi everyone!

I am a mom to a 2.5 year old daughter. My husband and I try to exercise together regularly but full time work out toddler sometimes make it difficult.

I am joining a gym this week and will work out 3x/week before I go to work. I decided I would be active on the boards to help keep motivation up!

My goals are to get stronger and healthier to set a good example for my daughter. I also would like to lose some weight but not much depending on how much muscle I put on.

    We are in the same boat (except I don't have a human child, I have 2 dogs). I have made it my goal to make it to the gym 3 times a week, too. General health and wellness for my husband and myself is my concern.
