The last study I read was done on Swedish nurses. Half had vitamins and the other half did not. The nurses who took vitamins died 7-10 years before everyone who did not take vitamins. Most people do not need vitamins. The only vitamins I have taken was folic acid when I was pregnant.

I have the same problem. I don't like eggs or oatmeal. I also get up at 5am for work so I can't eat that early. I have been doing PB on salt free rice cakes and sometimes I top them with fruit. Two rice cakes are only 80 cals

I make chicken salad and I don't like mayo so I use avocado instead. I also make chicken burgers with lime and chilies in it. It's very good. I also make lettuce wraps with ground chicken.

I use an olive oil sprayer. You can put any oil it in that is liquid at room temp (so coconut won't work). They are $10-$15 and I use it so much it has paid for itself and I use so much less!

When this happens to me I hurry and straighten up the house and try to go to bed early. Or if I'm not tired I think I'll have carrots, celery, etc and if I don't want any of those things I just tell myself that I am not hungry

I always post the same thing on binge posts. I've been there and this is what keeps me from not ruining the rest of my day/week with binging...

Eat somewhere in between and see how you feel. Second option... Maybe two weeks at the higher and every two or three weeks take 100 calories off until you're down to 1200

I usually fill it in the night before. If I work I have a shake and if I am home I have egg whites and turkey sausage. If I'm working the next day I log as I pack. It helps me not eat extra stuff while I am at work.

I make Hummus Chicken a lot. I put garlic hummus on chicken breast and I squeeze lemon and a little sprinkle of smoke paprika on top and bake it. It makes a delicious crust and the chicken is not dry at all! One of our favorites!

I recently got back on the wagon. My first goal is 25 pounds. My overall goal is 50. I feel like being overweight is the source of a lot of my anxiety and I can't wait to break free!

We are going in September. I figured I might as well enjoy it since it's not a cheap vacation. I'm going to eat whatever I want but try to keep my portions the same. I'm also packing breakfast (except for one day we have reservations) so I can't control that meal.

I prep all my meals the night before and I log EVERYTHING I pack and then I know I can have all my snacks with no anxiety. My most "successful cheat day" is when I eat half the amount I did before. I don't even order a large pizza. You can't over eat if it isn't in front of you. Also I eat out or at a table. Sitting on the couch in front of the TV is awful. And I eat twice as much

On the days I work I pack a Quest shake. Full of protein. Better than eating breakroom snacks!
