I'm trying to lose 40 pounds. I've really hit it hard the past few weeks and I've dropped 7 pounds. I'm logging in meals, drinking plenty of water, and right down my exercise consists of a good walk/jog. Any increase in your activities will help. Good luck and let's shred these pounds!
