How many calories are you eating at the moment?:

Yeah it seems like my weight is going up, checked the scale today and im up to 69.1 kg , im still eating 3000 calories and making sure on getting all my macros and everything, i think i just need to be patience and dont rush it as i wanna gain pure muscles and not much fat.

Same thing is happening to me right now I'm on my 4th week of bulk and consuming about 3k calories a day and I gained about 1 kg in first 2 weeks then went down to my starting weight. It's annyoing me lol

this week I started out eating 3000 cals a day , I'll test it out for a week or two and see what happens :) thx bro

So your saying to bump up my calories to about 2000 and then few weeks later start reducing slowly by 100-200 calories week in week out

So keep eating same calories and just reduce it when I'm starting not to lose weight ?
