I've broken it down into 'I'm going to lose 10lbs.' and once I do that, I'm going to give myself another 10lb goal. Otherwise it is too daunting for me. and ditto above. I've been logging everything.

Good morning! I'm late :open_mouth: but I'm down 1.9 lbs from last week, down to 227.5! I'm feeling pretty positive that I've got a good calorie goal to aim for now. For my mini-goal, I'm going to do the first week of the c210k this week. (I'm probably going to be doing week 1 for a while. :smile:

I stayed the same this week. I'm lowering my calories per day to see if that helps. My goals this year are to keep up with logging food, and to reach and maintain 10,000 steps a day. Hi all! I had a good time over Christmas. Lots of cousins and kids around. :) I was able to resist overdoing it at 2 different family dinners and am down 1.4lbs. I'm going to start measuring food too, which should really help when I make lunches for work.

Good morning all! I've been having trouble with the holiday cooking extravaganza that happens in December. The cookie exchange only happens once a year, thankfully. I'm actually up 1 lb from when I started, but my plan for this next week is making more a habit of walking.
