I will eat popcorn as a small snack if needed. Make sure you are drinking enough water! You can also try hot tea first.

I throw spinach in EVERYTHING! Pancakes, shakes, with my proteins, carbs... Easiest way to make "liquid spinach" is 1/4 cup of water and a cup of spinach. I then add that to baking goods, rice, etc.

Try drinking shakes, chicken broth... Keep in mind too that your body is recovering. If you're not able to consume, it's not the end of the world. Focus on getting better!

If you're cooking with it, can always use ghee. Small amounts won't kill you, though...

As long as you're around 0.8g of protein/kg of your weight (53.34g total) - you're fine!!!

You're going to be able to see if you're getting enough of the correct macros/nutrients - especially protein!!!

Protein shakes are okay if you know what is in them! As for frozen meals - just be aware of what is in it! There's also the option to purchase frozen microwavable veggies. Soups in a can - I like Progresso (low sodium)

Fruit! I find that I have 0 cravings as well when I have smaller meals throughout the day rather than 3 big ones

Go to the deli in a grocery store - otherwise none of the chains!!! Only chain I have found to have "healthier" sandwiches is Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Drink more water!!! You can always flavor up your way by adding fruit to it. Try chewing gum as well.

You can lose weight by just dieting alone, however, if you are not exercising, a percentage of the weight loss will also be muscle loss.

You DON'T have to go to a gym in order to exercise. I haven't had a gym membership in over 3 years now. Super easy to get started at home!

Once she sees you losing weight/getting swole, she will regret it and wish she listened. I am really fortunate that my spouse is involved. I've helped him lose 50+ pounds so far. Really hope her mindset changes one day
