Thanks for the replies. I am not going to let junk food prevent me from getting to my goal like sunflower said. I worked too hard. I am going to get going again today after I pick up my blood pressure meds. Thanks for the help everyone! I needed it.

I meant the comment "free shrimp buffet" as no holds barred. Go wild. Not that I am actually eating shrimp. They are good though. Both fried and not. Thing is I have come so far. I am not going to let food halt my efforts. Just so hard at times. Food is so freaking good!

Yeah, I put my walking on hold for the past 2 weeks. Needed to rest up when not taking my BP med. Thankfully it's only 1 pill a day in total. Guess I am lucky in that regard to only need to take 2 meds. But I am going to go back to walking. It provides more than just exercise. It gives me the motivation to keep losing.…

Getting back to 214, at 217 right now. Then onederland after that. Sometimes the struggle can be so hard. Been to the point of giving up so many times. Keep pushing though. We'll get there. :)

Yes. I walk 4.2 miles which takes me a little under an hour for lunch here at work. Not every day but 3 to 4 times a week.

I have been drinking iced coffee, eating donuts and sucking down every known bad food. BUT I keep it to 1300 to 1500 calories and have lost 110 pounds. I wonder how those MIO like water flavor enhancers are viewed? They have kool aid, MIO and a ton of different ones on the market. Did you walk the weight off entirely? Or did you pick up jogging? I am at 220 right now and have walked my weight off from 328. I am trying to get to 185. What other kind of exercise did you do?

Vietnamese pho, chitlins, gizzards, tripe. Anything fresh, authentic Laos or Vietnamese food. Sticky rice anyone? :wink: So freaking good...unrbearably so.

I was on zyprexa for 10 years. Gained 100 pounds. Losing weight on the medicine is nearly impossible. I went to prolixin and it is 10x more weigh neutral and was able to lose 70+ pounds on it with walking and eating right. Zyprexa is so bad with hunger and weight. Horrible. But it worked well with my issues.

Hip bones hurt when I'm sleeping now. Crossing my legs and being able to sit indian style again on the floor, believe it or not is motivation for me to keep going. Makes me feel good that I can do it again.

This was me at my heaviest in 2011... This is me now in May of 2016. 100 pounds lighter with 40 more pounds left to drop...started this at 328 hopefully wind up at 185.
