Yeah like diabetes! Lol you'll lose weight but end up with a bunch of health problems in the process. I agree I like a variety of different foods in my diet

You know what that's not a bad idea. I'll start doing that, thanks. Normally I'll eat around 200-300 for breakfast. Lunch is around 500-600 and dinner is less so is snacks...

I would like to lose 17 more lbs. my goal weight is 140 lbs. I'm 5'3..28 yrs old. I haven't really been exercising like I should but my calorie daily is about 1500. I always eat breakfast but by lunch I've already eaten most of my calories for the day.

You guys mean to tell me that all this time I've been starving myself every evening when it actually doesn't matter what time I eat!?!

I think times matters a lot because most of the time when you eat late and go to bed the food doesn't get burned like it would during the day and it eventually turns into fat. Metabolism slows at night

Thanks everyone for your replies. It probably is water weight/retention. I'll wait it out a couple more days to make sure and continue to stay on track. ☺️
