When I eat I never feel the burn. It only happens when I’m hungry. But because I’m not eating as much as I use to I get it a lot

Yes I went to urgent care for it and they prescribed me omerprazole. I took it for like 3 weeks and the burn went away...but now I take it just every once in a while and it’s starting to come back again. It’s definitely felt in the stomach not esophagus...your scaring me saying it might be something serious.

I’m not exactly sure what’s causing the burn but when it hits it’s pure torture! The only way to stop it is to go to bed or take a Prilosec.

I tried that but it will only save it for that day. I can’t get it to save daily it keeps giving me a higher calorie amount.

Im a lil embarrassed to admit that I eat 90% fast food and pre packaged dinners. I always find it much easier to count calories on them. Like if I pick McDonald's all I have to do is go to their website and choose whatever I want and it says the calories... I feel like it's very difficult to count when you cook food…

I am eating around 1400 calories a day. But i like to stay under and leave between 10-40 calories. I weigh 163 lbs right now. My goal weight is 140. I actually sometimes skip breakfast just so i can have more food towards the evening time when I am the most hungry..but even then I'm finding myself still hungry. I normally…

I haven't measured myself since losing but everyone has been telling me they have noticed a difference and that I've trimmed down. Thanks so much for the encouragement! I also hope I find something too :)

No I'm not saying it's spot on the same exact number everyday. It fluctuates between 1 to 2 lbs. But it doesn't go any lower than 158 and it's been like that for months....

Hi there! I would suggest Healthy Choice tv dinners..you can find them at almost any grocery store. They are usually between 180-300 calories per meal. And are very tasty and quick!

Omg me too!! I lost 20 lbs like a few years ago and gained all of it back and a little more. I feel like im yoyo dieting now off and on. Finally trying to stay on program until i reach my goal again. Don't give up girl! We can encourage each other. The results will be well worth the sacrifice and hard work!
