Congrats! What have been your staple meals and snack?

I watched one of your videos on Feeding Fitness you tube channel about supplements. I started taking multivitamin, vitamin D3 and fish oil. Does it matter if I take them all together or separately and is it OK to take them with empty stomach first thing in the morning or take them with meals?

I have a fitbit zip and do 15000 steps everyday and my TDEE becomes 3000 cals burned every day. I use myfitnesspal to track my cals and I eat 2000 every day. I have created a 1000 cals deficit everyday and don't work out either. I haven't linked my fitbit zip to mfp as I don't see the need, because with 2000 cals I become…

My initial plan is to lose 25 lbs and then see if I can lose another 15 lbs. I also haven't linked the fitbit zip to mfp as it makes me keep checking how many calories I have earned every hour. I found it more convenient to keep them separate. I earn my calories burned mostly by walking on average 15000 steps every day.
