How do you get rid of the stinky farts caused by veggies?
The only way that I can manage my calories is by adding vegetables to my diet, but they cause a lot of gas and stinky farts. Recently I added yogurt to my diet which helps a little bit with the smell, but not a lot. I know most of you have veggies in your diet. Do you live with it or found a way to eliminate the smell.

I keep a bag of sweets. I usually have one when driving 1 hour or say. It keeps me awake.

What is one food that you can eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner for a year?
I have had the same breakfast and lunch for the past 6 or 7 months and I still continue to eat the same. For breakfast, I have a peanut butter with honey sandwich every morning. For lunch I have a chicken sandwich with a slice of cheese and some sauce.

For example for breakfast I try not to go over 400 cals. Lunch the same 400 cals and dinner is alsways 600 cals.

Fitbit zip users, do you trust the calorie numbers? Do you think it's an accurate reflection of actual calories burned? I bought one today, but it'll probably take me a month or more to experiment it myself. I was wondering how much other users trust this device.

I'm a 33, male and weigh 200 lbs. I'm planning to lose at least 25 lbs. I have a pedometer and average 10000 steps a day. I thinking of losing 1 lb a week. What is my TDEE and how much calorie should I be eating? Thanks in advance.

Trying to eat about 750 or 1000 calorie deficit. I bought a Fitbit Zip (step tracker only) a week ago and have found it so much helpful. I haven't linked it to MFP, and I don't think there is a need to do that. What should be my weight goal?
I have been on MFP for a month now, but I don't know what my final weight goal should be. I'm keeping track of my weight loss on daily basis and I have managed to lose a pound a week so far. I'm a male, age 33, hight 68" and my current weight is 207.2 lbs.
