What is one food that you can eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner for a year?

I have had the same breakfast and lunch for the past 6 or 7 months and I still continue to eat the same.

For breakfast, I have a peanut butter with honey sandwich every morning.
For lunch I have a chicken sandwich with a slice of cheese and some sauce.

I can go for months just having a latte and kashi bar for weekday breakfasts now, for convenience; but on weekends have different stuff, and lunches/dinners vary. Lack of variety overall would make me crazy.

I eat scrambled eggs, spicy ground turkey and roasted sweet potato for breakfast most mornings. Mornings when I don't I get sad and really wish I had it.

Oatmeal (I add dry milk for protein). And PB&J on whole wheat for lunch. I have to consciously work to vary my diet.

Oatmeal with apple, honey peanut butter, egg whites, cinnamon and vanilla with some splenda for breakfast and definitely a huge egg white omelette with some ground chicken, spinach, onion and feta for lunch.

Avocado on toast with balsamic is my favorite thing to eat for breakfast. I don't get to have it often, though, since the others in my house keep stealing my avocados.

I eat eggs 7 days a week, either for breakfast on the weekends or for lunch on weekdays. Throw in some meat (I'll add pretty much any type of meat to an egg scramble) and I'm happy.

Special K Cinnamon Protein Cereal with Silk Soy Milk. I could eat that three times a day, and for snacks, every day...except that I love vegetables, too.

Eggs. And I do this a lot. Breakfast, I cook them with cheese and veggies. Lunch, the same. For dinner, I'll make an omlette with veggies and sometimes add chicken.

I know, right?! I fixed my daughter avocado toast this morning and wrapped the other half for my dinner tonight. Pretty soon I heard, "Mom, if I'm still hungry can I eat the other half too?" I'm sure you know the rest.
