For breakfast almost everyday I make a sandwich with an English muffin, guacamole, American cheese and an egg. Delicious, filling and only around 350 calories.

For lunch and dinner I gotta mix it up!

Breakfast would be oatmeal, lunch would be some kind of a potato dish, and dinner would be a Greek yogurt sandwich. I actually do eat a Greek yogurt sandwich for more dinners than anything else.

Please explain this Greek yogurt sandwich. :)

If I weren't diabetic, I could eat pasta every day for dinner, grilled cheese for lunch, toast and cheese for breakfast. (Obviously, this is a fantasy.)

    But foodwise, nothing.

My coffeehouse makes a bacon, cheese, and egg breakfast sandwich. Heated on the grill, it's highly yummy.
