For breakfast almost everyday I make a sandwich with an English muffin, guacamole, American cheese and an egg. Delicious, filling and only around 350 calories.
For lunch and dinner I gotta mix it up!0 -
Eggs, you can have them so many different ways0

If I weren't diabetic, I could eat pasta every day for dinner, grilled cheese for lunch, toast and cheese for breakfast. (Obviously, this is a fantasy.)1 -
