It's kinda difficult to measure when it's wibbleing :D

I mean, I jiggle my fat to see if it's getting less jiggle-able but I'm not measuring anything and it's certainly not an exact science

Not exactly...it just jiggles, especially my thighs.

No, but my toddlers love to squish the belly fat so I know it's still there.

My sister and I once discussed starting The Squishy and Floppy Show based on descriptions our young children had lovingly bestowed up on us.

Besides, I've lost 92 pounds, and I'm very short. I have an awful lot of loose skin. That stuff jiggles.

    Yes. Yes I do.

Butt and thighs, that's where it all resides on me!

Yup, sometimes I lie down on the bed and shake my belly fat to see if how much less of it there is. I have no shame!

This is what I do. I guess it's not really jiggling. I pinch my apron between two fingers to judge whether or not it has lost any thickness.

My belly jiggles when I laugh.
    That starts other people laughing.
That makes me laugh even more.
So much so I have ended up helpless on the floor with tears rolling down my face.

Some days I just love the jiggle.

Jumping up and down in the pool is fascinating thing- all my fat bits and empty skin sway and wobble in slow motion. Yup that can set off the giggles too.

Never thought of taking it serious and trying to judge my body fat.

    Cheers, h.

Yes, I do. When I'm walking around naked in front of a mirror I look to see what bounces or jiggles.
I like the bounce in my butt. But I don't like the jiggle in my belly.
    Bounce good. Jiggle not good.
